The mobile client works but just differently enough from LMI that it was a challenge to use. I like Splashtop, the desktop client reminds me of LMI.

I think both Remote utilities and Splashtop are close but for us, and me in particular as the power user, we would have to give up an essential feature. Splashtop Streamer (agent) can be customized with IT credential embedded so you just deploy these agents to customer end points, or ad-hoc / on-demand download by users.Īs it stands We're going to keep using LogMeIn until they force us to go elsewhere, or the competition have feature parity for what we need. Splashtop support iOS console app (as well as windows, android, MAC, Chromebook, Chrome browser, etc.) as well.

Free trial: Both products above use the same client console so it's one client app to manage Unattended and Attended support. Free trial: Sound like if you need to on-demand, ad-hoc support a customer, then you would need a license of Splashtop On-Demand Support (SOS). Splashtop Business is for UNATTENDED support. Splashtop does include remote printing and file transfer and many other Central Plus features. it's cost effective starting at $60/user/year, or $180 /yr for unlimited computers remote support (up to 3 IT admin). many LMI Central has migrated to Splashtop. Welcome to also try out Splashtop Business.
